These meatballs are just the right amount of sweet and spicy. For a quick weeknight dinner or as an appetizer for a party! Just throw the ingredients in a crockpot and voilà!
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1/2 cup chili sauce
- 1/4 cup your favorite jelly or marmalade (I use strawberry)
- 1 lb. cooked italian meatballs
- 1/4 cup green onion, diced
Directions:
- Simply combine the ingredients in a crockpot and cook on medium to warm the sauce.
- Before serving, top with green onion.
- Serve with potatoes and your favorite veggie for a main course, or for an appetizer on Game Day and enjoy!
