A favorite at any get together, here’s what you’ll need:
Ingredients:
- 1 pound shredded chicken
- 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Ranch dressing
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- ¾ cup Frank’s Red buffalo sauce
- 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
Preparation:
- Cook and shred chicken
- Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through.
- Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing.
- Cook, stirring until well blended and warm.
- Mix in half of the shredded cheese, the whites of the green onions, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese, green onion, and blue cheese crumbles over the top, cover, and cook on low setting until hot and bubbly.
