Buffalo Chicken Dip

A favorite at any get together, here’s what you’ll need:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound shredded chicken
  • 16 oz (2 packages) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Ranch dressing
  • 1 bunch green onions, diced
  • ¾ cup Frank’s Red buffalo sauce
  • 1 ½ cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3/4 cup blue cheese crumbles

Preparation:

  1. Cook and shred chicken
  2. Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. 
  3. Stir in cream cheese and ranch dressing. 
  4. Cook, stirring until well blended and warm. 
  5. Mix in half of the shredded cheese, the whites of the green onions, and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese, green onion, and blue cheese crumbles over the top, cover, and cook on low setting until hot and bubbly.
