This recipe is near and dear to my heart. It’s one of the first recipes I ever made when I started baking, and it’s always a hit wherever you bring them. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 36 Oreo Cookies, finely crushed, divided
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Directions:
- Reserve 1/4 cup cookie crumbs. Mix cream cheese and remaining cookie crumbs until blended
- Shape into 48 (1-inch) balls.
- Place on plates (with parchment or wax paper) or a baking sheet and freeze for at least 20 minutes so they hold their shape.
- Once hardened, dip the balls in the melted chocolate; place on waxed paper-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Refrigerate before serving, and enjoy!
